SoundSleep will not share your name or e-mail address with any third party without your consent. Any opt-in e-mail (for the purpose of sending newsletters, for example) that we send will always provide you with a clear and easy way to unsubscribe. We may collect anonymous, non-personal information about your use of emails and newsletters that we send to you. In some cases, when you click on a link or an advertisement in an email or newsletter, we may note or "count" your response to the email or newsletter. When you use Sound Sleep's "Email a Friend" application, Sound Sleep emails the article or other content you designate to your friend's email address and lists your email address as the sender. Sound Sleep uses the friend's email address only for the purpose of sending your friend the email you requested and for no other purpose unless otherwise disclosed to you at the time you send the email.

This Website is not designed or intended to attract children. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we actually know is a child.

Emails to Sound Sleep

This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send business information, ideas, concepts or inventions to Sound Sleep by email to the contacts listed on the "Contact Us" links on our Website. If you want to keep business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to Sound Sleep. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters by following the directions on the newsletter itself. Sound Sleep Customer Service will unsubscribe you from that newsletter in two to three business days.
